Easy Avocado Toast

Just a little something I made a week back.
So simple and satisfying! :)

Simple Avocado Toast

Choose a ripe avocado:

I like to get it at medium green and place it in the fridge to slow down the ripening process. But if you were to eat it immediately then leave it outside to ripen. :)

I find that the easiest way to take an avocado out is to slice it down the middle and give it a twist. If it's ripe enough, it should be fairly easy to split it. :D

Then, I used a spoon to scoop it out and mash it.
I also added a pinch of salt (to taste) and a dash of pepper. 

For the toast, I put the bread in the toaster at about 350 degrees for 3 minutes or so.

And now... dig into a perfectly smooth Avocado toast! :)

It's so creamy like butter, minus the bad fats. Loaded with vitamin E too, with a slight nutty and fruity taste. Love it!
